Mrs. Belogay holds an MSc in Mathematics (from the Sofia University, Bulgaria) and is the CEO and co-founder of Tetracom IS Ltd. Mrs. Belogay has fourteen years of experience in project management. As a general project manager she has been leading large and long-term international projects among which: Knowledge Management System, ISN, ETH, Zurich (2001 – Present), ePRIME for NATO (2000 – Present), EUJA for the European Commission (2006), and the Bio Weapons Monitor Project for BWPP (2005 – 2009).
